Laboratory Sit-on Sinks from DSM are a high quality design constructed exclusively in premium 316 grade stainless steel. Both our Laboratory Inset Sinks and Laboratory Sit-on Sinks are suitable for a wide range of applications; their high level of chemical and stain resistance, solid robust construction and easily maintained hygienic finish make them perfect for any Laboratory situation.
Laboratory Sit-on Sinks are custom manufactured by DSM to suit a wide scope of Laboratory applications. In common with our bespoke Laboratory Inset Sink, Sit-on Laboratory Sinks from DSM are manufactured in a high quality 316 grade stainless steel, ensuring a finish Laboratory Sink that has a high resistance to chemicals and staining, whilst being strong and robust enough to form the foundation of any Laboratory work space.
Stainless Steel Inset Laboratory Sinks are designed to mounted onto new or existing Laboratory base units of framework. Each unit features integral water retaining edging, or upstands where require. All DSM Sit-on Laboratory Sinks are also supplied bonded to a moisture resistant MDF sub-frame, for added strength and impact resistance, and also to allow easy fixing to units below.
Sit-on Laboratory Sinks manufactured by DSM and constructed in 1.2mm thick 316 grade stainless steel (many ‘off-the-shelf' products are only 0.9mm thick by comparison), providing a robust, Laboratory Sink of the highest quality, appropriate for any demanding lab application.
DSM's Sit-on Laboratory Sinks can be made to any length and can include any configuration of sink bowls and drainers. DSM offer a range of standard size Laboratory Sink Bowls (see table below) in 316 grade stainless steel. Bespoke Laboratory Sink Bowls are also available from DSM,and can be manufactured to an almost unlimited range of bespoke sizes, up to 1800mm long and 500mm deep, to ensure complete flexibility to any Laboratory layout or specification.

DSM Bespoke Stainless Steel Laboratory Sink Bowls:
Bespoke Stainless Steel Laboratory Bowls are all hand fabricated from high quality 316 grade stainless steel to the exact sizes required to suit the specified Laboratory application, and can be welded directly into your specified Stainless Steel Sit-on Laboratory Sink. This produces a finished bowl that ensures the ultimate in strength, durability and chemical resistance.
Any length up to 1800mm, and any depth up to 500mm can be specified for a Bespoke Stainless Steel Laboratory Sink Bowl. All are manufactured with 32mm radius corners throughout as standard.
Both Inset Laboratory Sinks, or Sit-on Laboratory Sinks can be specified to contain any number of Bespoke Laboratory Sink Bowls. In addition DSM's Under Mount Laboratory Sink Bowls (designed with a flat flange for mounting beneath a worktop) and Inset Laboratory Sink Bowls (designed with a kinked flange for mounting into a cut-out in a worktop) can both be supplied with a Bespoke Laboratory Sink Bowl.
Waste outlets and overflow holes can be positioned virtually anywhere to match the proposed installation. (Note: A back left/right position is advised for larger bowls to ensure proper water exit flow.)

• Un-slotted waste with upstand strainer waste and overflow tube
