DSM Stainless Steel Fume Cupboard Bases can be used with new fume cupboards constructions or to replace the bases on existing fume cupboards where an upgrade or replacement of the base is required. DSM Stainless Steel Fume Cupboard Bases provide a high quality, anti-corrosive, easy to clean surface at the fume cupboard base, where most spills are likely to occur.
Constructed from high quality 316 grade stainless steel, DSM Stainless Steel Fume Cupboard Bases represent a lower cost option to a full stainless steel fume cupboard liner, whilst still taking advantage of the chemical, heat and impact resistance of stainless steel in the critical base area.
DSM Stainless Steel Fume Cupboard Bases are fully bespoke and can therefore be made to virtually any size or shape, and can include bowls, drip cups, troughs (see image) or waste holes as required. In addition bespoke lids and trays (in both plain stainless steel, or stainless steel mesh) can be made to fit bowls and troughs (see example image) as required. Almost any combination or design is possible.
