Laboratory Inset Sinks from DSM are a high quality design constructed exclusively in premium 316 grade stainless steel. Both our Laboratory Inset Sinks and Laboratory Sit-on Sinks are suitable for a wide range of applications; their high level of chemical and stain resistance, solid robust construction and easily maintained hygienic finish make them perfect for any Laboratory situation.

Stainless Steel Inset Laboratory Sinks are designed to fit into a ‘cut-out' in any existing or newly installed worktop surface. Each unit features integral water retaining edging and adjustable worktop fixing clips, in order to fasten firmly to the worktop thickness.

DSM manufactures Laboratory Sinks in 1.5mm thick 316 grade stainless steel (many ‘off-the-shelf' products are only 0.9mm thick by comparison), providing a strong, premium quality Laboratory Sink suitable for demanding lab applications.

Inset Laboratory Sinks can be manufactured by DSM to any length and can include any quantity of a variety of standard size bowls (see table below) in 316 grade stainless steel. In addition DSM can fabricate Bespoke Laboratory Sink Bowls to virtually any custom size, up to 1800mm long and 500mm deep, to precisely fit any specific Laboratory application.

Bespoke Stainless Steel Laboratory Bowls from DSM offer the highest possible quality available for inclusion in your Inset Laboratory Sink. Each bowl is hand made from premium 316 grade sheet stainless steel which results in a stronger more highly finished unit with the added advantage of being the exact size required for the specific Laboratory application.

Bespoke Stainless Steel Laboratory Sink Bowls can be made to any length up to 1800mm, any width, and any depth up to 500mm. All are made with 32mm radius corners as standard, however these can be made with square box-style corners if required.

All Bespoke Laboratory Sink Bowls manufactured by DSM can be welded into your choice of Inset Laboratory Sink, or Sit-on Laboratory Sink. In addition a DSM Laboratory Sink Bowl or can be supplied as an Under Mount Laboratory Sink Bowl with a pre-drilled flat flange all round for mounting beneath a worktop, or as a Inset Laboratory Sink Bowl with a kinked inset flange all round for mounting into a cut-out within a worktop.

Waste outlets and overflow holes can be positioned virtually anywhere to match the proposed installation. (Note: A back left/right position is advised for larger bowls to ensure proper water exit flow.)

• Un-slotted waste with upstand strainer waste and overflow tube
