Sanitary Stainless Steel : Stainless Steel Trough Urinals
Stainless Steel Trough Urinals are built to a high specification that results in a high quality aesthetic unit combined with class leading functionality, wear resistance and hygiene.
Stainless Steel Trough Urinals can be easily fitted in any situation using their integral wall mounting brackets, without the need for additional fixings.
The integral vandal resistant sparge when combined with the sloping back wall and fall built into the trough base provide excellent water coverage and full unit flushing, which when combined with the natural benefits of stainless steel, gives one of the most hygienic urinal systems available.
Trough Urinals can be made to any length up to 4000mm, and can be configured into in single straight or L-shaped units. L-shaped units can be made as a continuous unit with a central waste outlet, or as a three piece unit with central corner divider section.
Unique Boxed Edge Design:
All of the exposed edges of the Stainless Steel Trough Urinal have DSM’s unique triple folded boxed design. This not only significantly increases the overall strength and rigidity of the Trough Urinal but also provides an increased level of user safety that more common raw edges designs cannot guarantee, whilst at the same time adding to the aesthetic appeal and quality of finish of the unit.
Integrated Vandal Resistant Sparge:
Stainless Steel Trough Urinals from DSM utilise an integrated sparge that is welded into the structure of the urinal, being almost completely tamper proof it provides the ultimate in vandal resistance. This design also provides complete water coverage over the rear of the urinal, far out-performing traditional push button spreaders and surface mounted sparge pipes. The sparge can be fitted with either top (for exposed down pipes) or rear water inlets (for wall imbedded pipe work).
Trough Urinals can be supplied with tri-shell auto flushing cisterns where required. Polished stainless steel down pipes can also be supplied where the pipe work is to be exposed, to give a more aesthetically pleasing and professional finish.
